Zoo York
Zoo York clothing and skateboards are for sale in our webshop. Zoo York originates from the New York underground scene of skateboarders, graffiti-writers, punks, b-boys and dj’s. In the early 1980s, this scene was named Zoo York. In 1993, skaters Rodney Smith, Eli Morgan Gessner and Adam Schatz teamed up to found a skateboarding-inspired lifestyle brand by the same name. The company started off with a simple collection of decks and T-shirts, but has grown into a full-blown streetwear collection that is designed to withstand the city’s rugged terrain. Today, Zoo York is a globally recognized brand, that still has a distinctive East Coast attitude. As it has since day one, Zoo York’s clothing continues to be heavily influenced by skateboarding, punk and hiphop. These influences are combined with the graphic style of graffiti and gritty imagery of New York City. The collection is marked with military-influenced overtones and urban-athletic style. The company continues to support a team of old and newschool skaters, graffiti artists, musicians and designers. In our collection you’ll find T-shirt, shirts, hoodies, beanies and caps.
