Snowboard wax
Of course you can get your snowboard wax at Revert, snowboard specialist since 1995. Wax makes your snowboard perform better and is an important part of your board’s maintenance. Regularly waxing your board will make it faster and will prolong its life. There are roughly two types of wax: hot wax and rub-on wax. Hot wax is applied on the board by melting the wax with a hot iron. After spreading the wax all over the base, it needs to cool off. When the wax is hard, you need to remove the excess wax with a scraper. You see, hot waxing is a time-consuming and precise job. You can also choose rub-on wax. This is applied by simply rubbing the wax on the board. This a good option when you have little time but still want to wax your board, or you want to lube your board in between rides. But we at Revert always advise to hot wax your board, because it will last longer and gives your board a better performance. Don’t know how to wax your board or don’t have the right gear?
